The F. M. Alexander Technique
is a body-based, process-oriented pedagogy named after its founder, Frederick Matthias Alexander (1869-1955). With its help, we can learn to recognize and, if necessary, change our ways of reacting to the stresses of everyday life.
The F. M. Alexander Technique assumes that body and mind form an inseparable and dynamic wholeness. The way we deal with this wholeness in daily life determines the quality of all our functions.
